Together we’ll move, rest, and connect in sisterhood, filling up our cups (literally and spiritually!) before the holidays.
Exchange: $38 — a number of creative flow, self-love, and abundance
Come as you are. Leave glowing, grounded, and loved. 💖
What to Bring
Please bring:
🧘♀️ Your yoga mat (for Yoga Nidra)
💧 A water bottle (to stay hydrated through our flow)
✨ And most importantly, your radiant spirit and open heart 💕
Why Dragonfly?
Dragonflies symbolize transformation, adaptability, and self-realization. They move with elegance and grace, strength and power — yet pause with patient curiosity. These luminous messengers remind us that change is a sacred path to new beginnings.
At Dragonfly Yoga & Dance, we honor the dragonfly spirit by helping you transform your body, mind, and spirit through the joy, love, and power of movement — and stillness. Whether it’s a community yoga class, a free-form dance gathering, or a private session curated just for you, we’re here to guide you home to yourself.
Our mission is simple yet profound: to raise the vibration of our community through the joyful practices of yoga, dance, and mindful connection.
I’m Kerri, teacher and founder of Dragonfly Yoga & Dance — wife of over twenty years, mom to two amazing young men, companion to one oversized fluffy gray cat, and sidekick to Buddy, my loyal yoga and adventure dog who reminds me daily to stretch, breathe, and explore with joy.
From my early days as a “GoGo” dancer and actor to years spent teaching middle schoolers and traveling the world, one thread has always remained constant: my love for movement, mindfulness, and the magic of human connection. Each experience has shaped me into who I am today — and it’s my joy to share that passion with you, in laughter, love, and celebration of the beautiful transformation that awaits within us all.

Come join me for a beautiful practice (and a hug if you need it.)

A fun unique, curated dance lesson for private individual, couple or group.

Testimonials
"She recently helped me and my husband over our two-step issues - she knew right away what are issues were and made it so easy for us to fix them. After nearly 10 years of "dancing" together and not being able to get on the same page, Kerri helped us to dance flawlessly with just a one hour session."
-Lyndsay, Two-Step Dancer
"Her expert guidance and tailored exercises have transformed my flexibility and core strength, making a noticeable difference in my swing mechanics and overall performance. The emphasis on breathing techniques and mindfulness in her class has also given me a mental edge on the golf course, allowing me to stay focused, calm, and in control even under pressure. "
-Cameron, YOGA Practitioner and College Athlete
"Kerri's class is the perfect balance of breathing, holding poses for just the right amount of time and gentle flow throughout. Her positive and reassuring manner makes the class delightful yet challenging. She makes sure that we all feel comfortable as we progress and makes helpful suggestions for options if a pose is just too difficult. Kerri is a kind and patient teacher! I would highly recommend her class to anyone interested in participating in a wonderful, well paced yoga class."
-Anna, Yoga Practitioner
What should I bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat (if you have one), water is always nice, an open mind and heart, and your beautiful self!!!
Do I have to be flexible to do yoga?
Nope, you do not need to be flexible to do yoga. It's about more than just flexibility, it's toning, opening, healing, calming, meditative, and spiritual. And I bet if you keep practicing...you might even become more flexible!
Do I need to have experience with yoga to take your class?
Everybody is welcome! Also, remember, everyone was a beginner once! I know it might be intimidating walking into a yoga class but just let me know that you are a beginner when you get there, and feel free to ask questions. I will give modifications for every level, and will help you have the best experience possible. It is helpful to remember that it is a yoga PRACTICE, not a yoga perfect!
