A Guided Couples Gathering for Connection, Communication & Play

This Valentine’s Day, give yourselves something you actually get to feel.

Not another performance of romance.
Not another night of doing what you think you’re supposed to do on Valentine's Day.

This is a guided, experiential evening designed for couples who want to reconnect, have fun, and be truly present with one another — through connection, conversation, and shared experience.

In a warm, welcoming space, you’ll be gently led through a series of experiences that help you:

  • soften your nervous system

  • communicate in new ways

  • reconnect through the body and breath

  • remember why you chose each other

  • feel seen and met — without pressure

This evening is playful, grounding, and surprisingly easy — even if you’ve never done anything like this before.

Kerri Saulmon

Founder of Dragonfly Yoga & Dance

Kerri is a yoga teacher, movement/ mindfulness guide, and ritual facilitator with years of experience creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in their bodies. She is known for blending mindfulness, play, movement, and heart-centered ritual in ways that feel grounded, accessible, and joyful. Kerri’s work focuses on helping people reconnect — with themselves, with each other, and with the present moment.


Nicole Siegle, CSB®

Intimacy & Communication Guide | BodyCompass

Nicole works at the edges of intimacy, culture, and the body — where insight stops working and something else has to take over.

Her background spans Sxological Bodywork®, trauma-informed practice, and years of sitting with people in moments they can’t talk their way through anymore. She is less interested in fixing relationships than in noticing what the body has been quietly managing — and what happens when it finally doesn’t have to.

This night is an extension of that work — not a method, not a message, but an experience designed to loosen what modern love has made rigid.
